Dia de Los Muertos Festival and 5K Run/Walk

The Dia de los Muertos Festival is a FREE family-friendly event that celebrates the traditions of Dia de los Muertos within the beautiful setting of Forest Home Cemetery & Arboretum. The event will kick off in the morning with a 5k Run/Walk through the grounds of the cemetery. After the run, the festival opens to public at 10am, featuring local vendors, arts and crafts for kids and families, food trucks, traditional music and dance, altars to the dead in our chapel, face painting, community resource booths, and so much more.

Ofrendas or Altars

Families are encouraged to create ofrendas or altars to the dead at their loved ones grave October 24- November 3, 2024. Items should be removed after November 4, 2024.
