The Summer Soulstice is more than a beautiful evening at Forest Home. It is a chance to gather in one of Milwaukee’s most historic landscapes while supporting the preservation, care, and community programming that keep Forest Home open, welcoming, and alive with stories.
Guests will enjoy dinner, live music, carriage rides, short tours, a live auction, and a paddle raise in support of Forest Home’s preservation mission.

5:00 PM
Registration Opens
Guest check-in at the Victorian Gardens entrance. Pick up your name tag and event program.
5:30 PM
Doors Open · Welcome Reception Begins
The music begins playing as guests arrive. Horse and carriage rides are underway. Mingle, explore, and settle in.
6:00 PM
Buffet Dinner Opens
Dinner service begins. Carriage rides continue alongside dinner throughout the early evening.
6:30 PM
Carriage Rides Pause · Program Starts
Carriage rides pause so all guests can be present. Opening remarks from Forest Home leadership as well as a mission moment from Anita Pietrykowski and Adam Carr .
6:55 PM
Live Auction & Paddle Raise
Every gift makes a difference. All guests are invited to participate at any level in support of Forest Home’s preservation mission.
7:15 PM
Carriage Rides Resume
Carriage rides restart and tours begin departing in small groups. The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy.
7:00 – 8:30 PM
Music, Tours & Open Celebration
The music continues playing. Stroll the Victorian Gardens, take a carriage ride, or join a tour. Dinner service remains open.
8:00 PM
Last Call
Final carriage rides depart. Last tour group is called.
